On 4 November, ACHR issued its fourth situational update on the conditions of Syrian refugees in Lebanon amid the ongoing Israeli hostilities. The humanitarian situation in Lebanon continues to deteriorate, with the most vulnerable populations bearing the brunt of the impact. ACHR remains committed to closely monitoring the impact of the Israeli hostilities on Syrian refugees through releasing weekly updates.

The center advocates for the voluntary, dignified, and safe return of refugees to their countries of origin. It has been registered in Lebanon since 2017 and in France since 2020.
