يعمل مركز وصول لحقوق الانسان كمنظمة غير حكومية وغير ربحية لحقوق الإنسان. ويقودها ويديرها لاجئون سوريون لديهم خلفيات مهنية في القانون وحقوق الإنسان والصحافة والذين اضطروا إلى طلب اللجوء في لبنان بسبب نشاطهم المؤيد للديمقراطية في سوريا. مركز وصول لحقوق الإنسان ملتزم بدعم سيادة القانون ومكافحة الإفلات من العقاب. ويحافظ على موقف غير ديني وغير طائفي ويظل مستقلاً عن أي انتماءات سياسية. يدافع مركز وصول عن الحقوق الجماعية والفردية للاجئين من خلال التحقيق وتسليط الضوء على الانتهاكات العديدة للقانون الدولي التي يعانون منها. يدعو المركز إلى العودة الطوعية والكريمة والآمنة للاجئين إلى بلدانهم الأصلية. وهي مسجلة في لبنان منذ عام 2017 ومسجلة في فرنسا منذ عام 2020.
